  • Natural wrist movement
  • Trusted by thousands
  • Better muscle connection

Train harder. Feel the difference.

The OG Strap is Bstrap's original cable attachment — engineered to give you a better connection to every rep. The wide, flat strap design distributes load evenly across your hand and wrist, eliminating the pressure points and grip fatigue that come with traditional D-handle attachments.

The result? You feel the muscle working, not the equipment.

  • Greater muscle activation — better contact means better mind-muscle connection
  • Reduced wrist strain — no more white-knuckling a metal handle through high-rep sets
  • Improved range of motion — move naturally through the full arc of every exercise
  • Built to last a lifetime — load tested to 1.1 tonne, 316 stainless steel D-ring, aviation-grade stitching

  • Length: 54cm
  • Width: 5cm
  • Handle Loop: 15cm

Excellent quality, straps all look solid and feel comfortable in hand. Also came in their own bags for storage. The OG seems to be a versatile allrounder. Worthwhile investment.

Be prepared to have to move the pin down a couple plates because YOU will be stronger the moment you put these on. Incredible product, so glad I found these.
